The Lydney Skiff Project is being founded to inspire volunteers, to raise the funds to buy the Skiff kit, to build the Skiff and to row and then perhaps to compete with the large number of other Skiffs that are now in existence in the UK.

The Skiff pictured is the Edward Colston built by Allaboard a charity in Bristol.  The group brought the skiff to Lydney in March  2016, to test its suitability for Lydney.
